Office Admin

The office admin is responsible for conducting data entry & analysis to maintain all corporate file records up to date. A daily task includes sorting mail and distributing it to their corresponding departments. The office admin must answer the doors and phones and provide professional customer services. They must maintain a secure space and check in any visitors and vendors that arrive, and at times, might need to escort the vendors around.

Filing important paperwork and assisting with the hiring process are also tasks that need to be fulfilled. The hiring process consists of calling potential new hires based on resumes provided, scheduling interviews and drug testing, and filling out and assisting with the employment process. Lastly, the office admin must be willing to learn and assist with the billing process and payroll when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with computers: Excel is a must.
  • Ability to collect and organize information is required.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must hold US citizenship.

This is a part-time position that may lead to full-time. We offer a competitive starting wage for the successful candidate.
