We are excited to be expanding our staff due to our growth and are looking to add an additional Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to our team!

CyberSheath integrates compliance and threat mitigation efforts and eliminates redundant security practices that don’t improve and, in fact, may weaken an organization’s security posture. Our professionals tell clients where to stop spending, where to invest, and how to take what they are already doing and integrate it in a way that delivers improved security.

Successful candidates for CyberSheath are self-motivated, think out of the box, work, and solve issues independently. Additionally, our most successful people are self-starters and willing to put on many hats in order to succeed. CyberSheath is fast-growing and seeks candidates who want to be part of our upward trajectory.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Office 365 Migration Engineer with a proven track record of performing complex, large-scale migrations spanning hundreds or thousands of users and devices. This role focuses on helping clients securely transition from platforms like Office 365 Commercial, Google Workspace, and Exchange On-Premises to Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC-High, with an added emphasis on device and identity migrations from Active Directory and Entra ID.

The ideal candidate will bring practical expertise with industry-standard migration tools, and have experience navigating compliance-focused environments such as CMMC and FedRAMP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute enterprise-scale migrations of email, files, collaboration tools, user devices, and identity services to Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC-High.
  • Perform migrations from:
  • Office 365 Commercial
  • Google Workspace
  • Execute device reassignments and user profile migrations using Quest Migration Manager, Quest OnDemand, and Forensit Profwiz.
  • Conduct pre-migration assessments, planning, and pilot testing across Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Perform Active Directory user and workstation migrations in hybrid or domain-separated environments.
  • Leverage tools such as AvePoint Fly, Quest OnDemand, and ShareGate for data and site migration.
  • Collaborate with compliance and security stakeholders to ensure configurations align with GCC/GCC-High security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot identity sync issues, mail routing errors, profile corruption, and post-migration access problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience executing migrations for organizations with 500+ users and/or devices.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft 365/O365 migration experience, including hybrid deployments.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AvePoint Fly, Quest OnDemand, and ShareGate.
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and device migrations using Quest Migration Manager and Forensit Profwiz.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience performing migrations in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating SharePoint content from on-premises (2013, 2016, 2019) to SharePoint Online.
  • Deep understanding of feature parity differences between Office 365 Commercial, GCC, and GCC-High.
  • Experience supporting CMMC, NIST 800-171, or DFARS compliance efforts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 GCC-High licensing, networking, security controls, and restrictions.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-700) are a strong plus.
  • Experience working with public sector, federal, or defense industry clients.
