Job description

Role Description:

• System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and O365 Apps.
• Proficient in PowerShell for various Office365 and Exchange administrative functions.
• Manage Office Apps Admin portal, including Cloud Updates by Microsoft to update M365 Enterprise apps organization-wide.
• Experience in implementation and deployment projects, including migration, troubleshooting, design, and system delivery.
• Knowledge of Proofpoint mail protection products.
• Desired skills include Microsoft Defender features and tools, Exchange RBAC roles following the Principle of Least Privilege, and advanced understanding of retention policies, DLP, and legal hold.
• Experience with Jira for writing stories and following Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to analyze new features or product changes and assess their impact on stakeholders and business workflows.
• Proficient in documenting processes and systems for team use.
• Knowledge of Outlook Calendaring, AV technology, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and ServiceNow Ticketing Tools.
