Gormat is seeking a CNO Software Developer to join our team supporting specialized military cyber operations. You will prototype offensive cyber capabilities, embed on-site with mission experts, and help deliver mission-critical software in national security contexts.

Ideal candidates bring JQR qualification, 5+ years in exploit/CNO tool development, proficiency in .NET, Python, C/C++, and/or ASM, and the ability to analyze exploits for stability and testability.

Qualifikationen

• USCC JQR qualified personnel with proven offensive cyber ops experience.
• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years exploit/CNO tool development; Master’s + 3+ years; 4+ extra years may substitute.
• Proficiency in .NET, Python, C/C++, and/or ASM.

Aufgaben

• Rapidly prototype advanced offensive cyber capabilities with senior engineers.
• Embed on-site with mission team; work daily with subject matter experts in C, Windows internals.
• Collaborate with vulnerability research and ensure products meet operational needs.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, conduct design/code reviews, and sharpen skills in programming, Windows/Linux internals.
• Apply offensive cyber expertise, including red/purple team ops, to deliver mission-critical solutions.
