Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 35 lbs, and push/pull carts up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital areas.
• Collect soiled linen and return it to the designated collection points.
• Verify quantities of delivered linen.
• Perform linen inventory as required.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors on service/quality issues.
• Provide excellent customer support and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and institutional protocols.
• Operate department equipment as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties (e.g., typing, answering phones).
• Meet Joint Commission Standards.
