Job summary

Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events is seeking enthusiastic Event Server to join our off-site team and deliver fine dining service at weddings and corporate events. You will attend to guest needs, assist with event breakdown, and practice safe food handling while working in all weather, indoors or outdoors.

Candidates should bring a positive attitude, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from events.
• Speak fluent English and write basic English.
• Must be okay working in a smoke-free environment.
• ServSafe and bartending certifications a plus.
• 2 years of fine dining or catering service experience, preferably in a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests needs and serve fine dining style catered events.
• Participate in event break down with the rest of the service team.
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude.
• Be prepared to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors.
