Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Whitehall, Michigan is seeking an off-shift Material Disposition Clerk to manage the disposition of materials from outsourcing vendors and inter-plant operations.

You will be located in Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation and handle paperwork, computer tasks, and daily reporting to managers and planners. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of work experience, or six months continuous manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years' work experience or six months continuous manufacturing experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Disposition of all materials sent to and received from outsourcing vendors and inter-plant operations.
• Monitors HWC job counts and lot travelers.
• Performs proper paperwork and computer functions relating to each HWC job operation.
• Provides daily reports and activities to related management, supervision, and planners.
