Qualifications

• BLS certification required by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Unit management: oversee delivery of patient care and documentation; ensure a safe environment.
• Provide leadership, mentor staff, coordinate patient flow and resource allocation.
• Perform patient and family rounds; address concerns and support informed decisions.
