Job summary

ORW | 4WP in Sheridan, CO is seeking an automotive technician to install, maintain, and service aftermarket components on trucks and Jeeps. You’ll work on suspensions, alignments, wheels, bumpers, lights, winches, and related systems with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, 5+ years of driving experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with team).

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow complex work orders and specs.
• Efficiently install aftermarket components on trucks/Jeeps with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Install suspensions, alignments, gears, mounting and balancing wheels/tires.
• Install accessories (bumpers, lights, winches, etc.).
• Inspect repairs and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Navigate alignment machines, wheel balancers and TPMS tools.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety rules.
