Job summary

ORW | 4WP is seeking an automotive technician to install, maintain, and service aftermarket components on trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs. You will work on suspensions, alignments, gears, mounting and balancing wheels and tires, following manufacturer specs.

You should have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer experience. Base pay with commission potential and full benefits are offered at this Austin-based shop.

Qualifications

• Experience installing aftermarket accessories for trucks/Jeeps.
• Experience with mount and balance, suspension components, and accessory installations.
• Possesses own professional tools and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone, 100 lbs. with team.
• Reads and follows written work orders precisely.

Responsibilities

• Install and work on suspensions, alignments, gears, mounting and balancing wheels and tires.
• Install accessories (bumpers, lights, winches, and more) according to specs.
• Perform vehicle alignments using Hunter Hawkeye equipment.
• Inspect repairs and installations for quality and return-to-service readiness.
• Maintain records and communicate with team and customers professionally.
