Doss Enterprises, LC is seeking an Off‑Road Truck Driver to operate haul trucks safely on project sites under the supervision of the Project Superintendent and Foreman. You will inspect equipment, maintain cleanliness, and help meet daily production targets while complying with safety rules and site procedures.

Responsibilities include following spotter instructions, reducing idle time, and communicating clearly with operators and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Role OverviewOff‑Road Truck Drivers are responsible for operating haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials such as dirt, rock, aggregate, and debris across project sites.Drivers work under the direction of the Project Superintendent and Foreman, and coordinate closely with Equipment Operators, Surveyors, and the Trucking Manager.They play a critical role in production, safety, and equipment care.3.
