Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a safety‑oriented Heavy Duty Truck Driver for its civil division. You will operate heavy trucks used for off‑road earth and bulk material transport, including dump configurations as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of heavy‑duty driving experience, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and DOT experience is preferred but not required. This full‑time role expects 40+ hours weekly with on‑call duties at job sites.

Branch's Civil Division is searching for an experienced and safety-oriented Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join our well-established, growing company. The Heavy Duty Truck Driver operates heavy-duty trucks typically designed and used for “off-road” transportation of earth, rock, or other mass or bulk materials. Equipment may be, but not necessarily limited to, a back/rear/end dump or bottom dump.

• Routine fueling, lubrication and servicing
• Cleaning of equipment and work area
• Operate controls
• Positioning truck for loading and unloading
• Dumping/off loading
• May perform other related duties

Compensation Data

Salary Min: $34,727

Salary Max: $57,915

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.
