Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles seeks an Off-Road Marketing Manager to lead nationwide off-road initiatives, dealer support, and event programs. You will drive marketing communications, media relations and ambassador activities while ensuring a strong brand experience at consumer events.

You will coordinate budgets, collaborate with MarCom, and oversee content across digital and print assets, maintaining dealer portals and ensuring consistent branding in all off-road campaigns.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid motorcycle-endorsed driver’s license.
• Passport required for international travel.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing/writing ability.
• Experience in event planning and project management.
• Strong eye for visuals, layout and brand aesthetics.
• Excellent communication across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize, attend and staff Demo events for off-road and dual-sport models.
• Manage off-road marketing communications, media relations and ambassador programs.
• Develop and oversee dealer support, retail and marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage national off-road dealer demo rides and events.
• Lead influencer/ambassador strategy and contracts.
• Coordinate PR strategy and press relations for off-road campaigns.
• Manage off-road email/calendar and social media content calendars.
