ORW | 4WP in Plano, TX is hiring an Automotive Technician to install aftermarket components on trucks and Jeeps. You’ll work on suspensions, bumpers, lights, winches, and perform alignments while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience with suspensions and aftermarket installs, own tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. This full-time role offers a base hourly wage plus commission and growth opportunities within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Experience installing aftermarket accessories for trucks/Jeeps.
• Mount and balance, suspension components, and accessory installations.
• Own a set of professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and 5+ years driving.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo and 100 lbs with team.
• Read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Work scheduled store hours at Plano location.

Responsibilities

• Install suspensions, alignments, gears, wheels and tires per specs.
• Install bumpers, lights, winches, and other accessories.
• Perform alignments using Hunter Hawkeye equipment.
• Inspect repairs and installations for quality and readiness.
• Maintain accurate work-order records and communicate with customers.
