Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to operate a 100-ton off-road haul truck and transport materials across the site. The role involves moving crushed stone from the pit to the primary crusher and shuttling materials between stockpiles while maintaining a strong safety record.

Candidates should have 1+ years of related experience, be able to perform pre-shift inspections, and work 12-hour shifts, including possible weekends. Training and safety requirements are emphasized on site.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience; haul truck driving is a plus.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100-ton off-road haul truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems, equipment and accessories.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mobile equipment and report repairs.
• Ensure cargo is loaded according to safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs and operate other equipment as needed.
• Adhere to MSHA and plant safety rules and company policies.
