Job Description

We are seeking an Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for our Columbus, OH territory. The role involves ensuring sales success, increasing volume and brand presence, and building strong distributor relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Travel within a 200-mile radius to call on distributor territories.
  2. Support additional markets with up to 75% travel.
  3. Use data to identify new distribution opportunities and upsell products.
  4. Maintain a regular schedule of account visits and sales calls.
  5. Develop creative solutions tailored to account needs.
  6. Collaborate with distributor personnel to meet goals and ensure inventory levels.
  7. Maintain store standards, manage inventory, and execute POS programs.
  8. Promote brands through events, sampling, and education.
  9. Communicate openly with field teams and headquarters.
  10. Manage budgets and keep records for reconciliation.
  11. Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

The physical demands include bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and other movements necessary for product display and inventory management.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 1-3 years sales experience (preferably in alcohol), valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
