Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a team member to help athletes and shoppers find the right products and enjoy a positive, helpful shopping experience.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure accurate merchandising and stock availability across the floor. As part of the store team, you will promote loyalty programs, follow safety and loss-prevention guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming environment for teammates and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and help shoppers with product knowledge and service.
• Follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and comply with applicable laws and ATF regulations.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and is treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store on an all-hands-on-deck basis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
