Worcester State University is seeking a Staff Associate, Outside Placement Coordinator & Clinical Instructor to coordinate off-campus practicum and support the Speech-Language-Hearing Center (WSUSLHC) and the CSD Department.

The role involves scheduling, coordinating affiliations, supervising graduate students, and serving as a liaison with off-site partner settings, all while adhering to ASHA and CAA standards. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA required.
• Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility required.
• Supervisory eligibility and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule off-campus clinical education for graduate students in the SLP program.
• Coordinate WSU liaisons to outside placements and supervise clinical assignments.
• Supervise and evaluate graduate students in on-campus practicum experiences.
• Collaborate with program and center directors on policy and program implementation.
• Complete documentation for off-campus practicum and ensure ASHA/CAA compliance.
