We pride ourselves on providing personalized legal solutions that protect families and ensure smooth transitions for future generations. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team on a remote basis.

Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney who can work remotely and in person to help our clients navigate wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal instruments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at identifying creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

This is a revenue-sharing opportunity—you will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the clients you assist, providing excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients remotely (or in person) to assess their estate planning needs
  • Draft wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney
  • Provide legal advice on minimizing estate taxes and protecting assets
  • Collaborate with clients and other professionals (e.g., financial advisors)
  • Stay current with California estate laws and regulations
  • Assist with trust funding and management when needed

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in estate planning (trusts, wills, POAs, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Experience with trust administration and probate (preferred)
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, email, case management software)
