Job summary

TORA, an LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) business, seeks a Senior Associate for OEMS Support. You will handle inquiries, monitor real-time processes, triage production issues, and coordinate with development to resolve problems for buy/sell side ecosystems.

The role requires technical and analytical skills, Unix/Linux familiarity, and strong communication to support demanding clients across global markets. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Finance with proven technology skills/knowledge.
• Experience with BUY/SELL side Front, Mid, Back Office or trade floor exposure is preferred.
• Strong communication and ownership of issues with demanding clients.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Experience triaging and solving problems in large-scale production systems (order management / execution management).
• Proficient in composing clear client communications over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via emails or calls.
• Real-time monitoring of processes, connections and trade flows (proactive & reactive).
• Investigate, triage, and solve production problems as they occur.
• Review log files and process data to diagnose issues (session drops, booking issues, etc.).
• Manage incidents with development, product and business units; track and follow up post-event.
• Escalate problems to core development and engineering teams with clear notes.
• Perform daily proactive & reactive readiness checks for business continuity.
• Collaborate with global teams; contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Provide feedback to development on tooling used by support.
