Role Summary:
Fogatti, a leading manufacturer of innovative appliances and heating solutions for the RV industry, is seeking a results-driven OEM Sales Representative to join our North American team. Based in Elkhart, IN—the heart of the RV industry—you will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with RV OEMs and adjacent markets. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and driving long-term success for customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM accounts across the RV and related industries.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and expand product adoption.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to customer facilities to understand product fit, troubleshoot issues, and offer support.
• Identify new OEM opportunities and cultivate leads into active partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and customer service teams to ensure flawless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and product development.
• Represent Fogatti at industry events and trade shows to promote brand visibility and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the OEM or RV industry.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the Elkhart region and surrounding markets.
• Strong understanding of product sales cycles in the OEM space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
