Qualifications

• Technical communication across departments is essential.
• Understanding server/storage product trends and customer needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Fluent English for complex technical projects.
• Project management skills; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• BSEE or BS degree or above required.

Responsibilities

• Apply market research to identify ideas and latest trends for products.
• OEM/ODM product forecast considering design/process changes to meet customer needs.
• Provide innovative product research and architectural solutions based on customer requirements.
• Present evidence and studies to convey product limitations or workarounds for mitigation.
• Analyze feedback on product design and manufacturing to improve usability, reliability and quality.
• Support sales and customers with answers to requests and questions.
