Job summary

Talesun Solar Technologies in the United States is seeking a Logistics & Sourcing Specialist to support US PV module manufacturing partnerships. The role focuses on building a local supplier network, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing inland logistics.

You will coordinate line haul, last-mile delivery, and overseas sourcing, using data to drive cost reductions while maintaining supply chain stability.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in SCM, International Trade, Logistics or PV industry preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in overseas supply chain, logistics optimization or overseas factory sourcing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and business English; strong negotiation and written/verbal skills.
• Strong cost awareness, data analysis and negotiation capability; familiar with US inland logistics and overseas warehouse model.
• Result-oriented, execution-driven and able to develop overseas resources and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Research US local PV manufacturing industry; screen qualified mass-production PV module OEM factories and establish supplier files.
• Integrate US inland trucking, line haul and last-mile delivery resources; compare freight rate, lead time and service quality.
• Build logistics cost tracking and monthly review mechanism; deliver cost-down analysis and implement cost reductions.
• Manage US local logistics suppliers including inquiry, negotiation, renewal and replacement; ensure stable delivery under cost control.
• Communicate with US manufacturers for business negotiation, pricing, sample verification and factory audit.
• Evaluate factory capacity, quality system, delivery performance and compliance for OEM cooperation.

• 4,Manage US local logistics suppliers including inquiry, negotiation, renewal and replacement; ensure stable delivery under cost control.
• 5,Research US local PV manufacturing industry, screen qualified mass-production PV module OEM factories and establish supplier files.
• 6,Communicate independently with US manufacturers for business negotiation, pricing, sample verification and factory audit.
• 7,Evaluate factory capacity, quality system, delivery performance and compliance; promote OEM cooperation, trial order and mass production.

Job Ability:

• 1,College degree or above, major in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics or PV industry related is preferred.
• 2,1–3 years experience in overseas supply chain, logistics optimization or overseas factory sourcing; US logistics or PV OEM experience is a strong plus.
• 3,Fluent in Mandarin and business English, skilled in oral, written and negotiation communication with foreign vendors.
• 4,Strong cost awareness, data analysis and negotiation capability; familiar with US inland logistics & overseas warehouse model; basic knowledge of PV module manufacturing and OEM business.
• 5,Result-oriented, highly execution-driven and able to work under pressure; capable of independent overseas resource development and project implementation.
