Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an OEM Business Development Specialist in the United States to drive growth with strategic OEM accounts. You will manage relationships, develop long-term sales strategies, and present compelling proposals while collaborating with channel partners to expand market presence.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of field sales experience in industrial automation, strong business acumen, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Build and nurture relationships with assigned OEM accounts through strategic field interactions, maximizing business potential while supporting their digital transformation journey
  • Develop and execute medium to long-term sales strategies to protect, grow, and diversify customer relationships
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to both new and existing customers
  • Create and present tailored sales proposals that address specific customer needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with channel partners to achieve sales targets and expand market presence

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 115,200 - USD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
