Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of joint operational experience OR Master’s with 4+ years
• Minimum 3 years on 3-star or 4-star Joint/Service HQ staff
• Knowledge of deploying joint forces with national power
• Understanding of op-level joint planning and execution
• Experience in coalition or combined environments
• Familiarity with JELC, UJTL, and MSEL
• On-site in Suffolk, VA
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Current or obtainable U.S. Passport
• Strong joint operational planning and execution
• Analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior military and civilian leaders
• Familiarity with joint multinational training and exercises

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare joint and combined military exercises with Allies and Partners for interoperability.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on strategic, operational, and tactical concepts.
• Design and plan exercises with training audience reps and other planners.
• Deliver exercise products such as Scenario, RTC, Adversary Campaign Plan, OE Overview incl Allies & Partners, and CONOP.
• Coordinate and adjust suspense dates based on development needs.
• Participate in Global Integration initiatives and attend planning conferences and reviews.
• Serve as a functional syndicate cell member during execution of joint training events globally.
