PAY RATE: $24.99 - $26.30 Per Hour

The Care Manager (Generalist) provides intensive care to program participants who have been, or are currently, involved with criminal justice system as well as suffering from co-occurring disorders, meeting participants at least weekly. The Care Manager is the primary point of contact to coordinate services and care for assigned clients. This position provides clients with the highest levels of acuity and co-morbidities individualized care through access to service linkages, counseling, treatment planning, and various crisis intervention methods in order to prepare individuals for further success
Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.
