Job summary

Trilon Group is seeking an experienced ODOT Prequalified Coatings Inspector with bridge experience to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain inspection records, use testing equipment, and ensure contractor compliance in various projects throughout Ohio. Responsibilities include inspecting coating conditions and performing data entry into relevant systems. Qualified candidates must have specific ODOT certifications, be prepared to travel, and possess a strong commitment to quality assurance. Qualifications

• Successful completion of ODOT Work Type 26 Structural Steel Painting Course.
• Successful completion of ODOT Work Type 57 Sealing of Concrete Surfaces Course.
• Must have bridge experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all work completed.
• Use necessary testing equipment to record conditions.
• Inspect and document surface preparation for quality assurance.
• Notify the Contractor of non-conforming work.
• Perform data entry into specified documentation systems.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
