Plum Gas Solutions in Odessa, TX is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities for operations. You will collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to meet technical needs while maintaining cost discipline and service levels.

The role requires research of suppliers, bid comparison, negotiation of terms, and proactive issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and operational continuity.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, parts, inventory, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, professional customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders, records, pricing, and follow-up.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, vendors, and other business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Source parts, equipment, materials, and related services to support operational requirements.
• Identify qualified suppliers and evaluate options based on quality, availability, lead time, service, and total cost.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and service expectations with vendors.
• Process and track purchase requests and orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment of critical parts and materials.
