The Visionworks OD Coordinator is the face of our exam practice, ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include assisting with training and scheduling OD Techs, understanding eye health, preliminary testing, optics, products/services, and managed vision care. The OD Coordinator guides patients through the initial steps of their eye care journey, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.
