Job summary

Target Optical in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver comprehensive eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system while upholding the brand promise and patient experience.

This is a full-time role based in-store within the EssilorLuxottica network. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited optometry program, licensed in Nevada, and proficient with current optometric technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to foster a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
