Job summary

Geisinger Eye Institute in Pittston, PA, seeks a full-time ASOPRS fellowship-trained Oculoplastic surgeon to join a growing ophthalmology department. The role offers access to state-of-the-art diagnostics and outpatient/inpatient surgical facilities within a multi-specialty setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible ophthalmology physician.
• ASOPRS fellowship trained in oculoplastics.
• Experience in periocular and eyelid surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain symptoms, histories, and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
• Diagnose and design treatment plans for injuries/illnesses; may prescribe medications.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with organizational policies.
