Job summary

Eyetastic Services invites an Oculoplastic Surgeon to join a thriving ophthalmology practice where you’ll collaborate with seven accomplished surgeons and a dedicated team to transform lives through eye care.

You’ll diagnose and treat eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal disorders; perform advanced oculoplastic surgeries; and provide longitudinal patient care. The role offers a high-volume workflow, relocation assistance, a competitive incentives package, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and restore function for eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal disorders.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat oculoplastic conditions, determining medical vs surgical intervention.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for optimal outcomes in functional and cosmetic procedures.
• Conduct precise oculoplastic surgeries using modern techniques and technologies.
• Provide longitudinal care, monitoring healing and ocular health throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage eyelid malposition, orbital disease, lacrimal disorders, facial trauma, and reconstructive/cosmetic procedures.
