Applicants must hold an MD/DO, ophthalmology residency, board certification or eligibility, and fellowship training in oculofacial plastic surgery, with the ability to obtain a Texas license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Ophthalmology Surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Surgery.
• Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship training.
• Ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Texas state medical license.
