The ideal candidate holds an MD/DO, completed Ophthalmology residency, and fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, with eligibility for Texas medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Ophthalmology Surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Surgery.
• Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship trained.
• Ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Texas state medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide oculoplastic surgical care for patients within the Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Department.
• Collaborate with OVS team across four clinic locations in Southern Harris County/Galveston County.
• Contribute to academic activities as faculty at UTMB Health.
