MedStar Health is seeking a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join their established team at MedStar Health Ophthalmology.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ophthalmologist with a focus on oculoplastics to join our practice. The clinical practice would consist of outpatient clinics in the Washington, D.C., region and outpatient surgery time. This opportunity would allow the physician to join a large, integrated healthcare system while being able to easily establish and maintain a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide expert care in oculoplastics, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of conditions, in an office with state-of-the-art equipment.

· Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

· Engage in patient education and build lasting relationships within the community.

· Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration and innovation.

· Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree with board certification/eligibility in ophthalmology (oculoplastics).
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume practice.
