Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist position in Newark, DE

Delaware Eye Care Center

We’re seeking an oculoplastic ophthalmologist candidate for a fantastic opportunity with an established, successful group throughout DE. This surgeon will benefit from a large patient base that is currently referring out their plastics cases, both functional/medical and cosmetic. Consider joining this established practice with 16 doctors, including both MDs and ODs, in an integrated practice model. The group has ample demand for comprehensive ophthalmology, including cornea, anterior segment, cataracts, premium IOLs, LASIK, and other refractive cases. A physician interested in a mix of ocular plastics and anterior segment work is also a good fit. Our offices span from Dover to Rehoboth Beach, with this position located in one of our northern offices, offering flexibility in location based on your preference.

We’re offering a very attractive base salary and excellent top-tier financial upside through quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits include health, vision, dental, matching 401(k), paid CME, and paid relocation assistance.
