Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist position in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

We’re seeking an oculoplastic ophthalmologist for a fantastic opportunity with an established, successful group throughout Delaware. This surgeon will benefit from a large patient base that currently refers out their plastics cases, both functional/medical and cosmetic. Consider joining this established practice with 16 doctors, including MDs and ODs, in an integrated practice model. The group has ample demand for comprehensive ophthalmology, including cornea, anterior segment, cataracts, premium IOLs, LASIK, and other refractive cases. A physician interested in a mix of ocular plastics and anterior segment work could also fit this position. We have offices spanning from Dover to Rehoboth Beach, with this position located in one of our northern offices, offering flexibility in location based on your preference.

We’re offering a very attractive base salary and excellent top-tier financial upside through quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits, including health, vision, dental, a matching 401(k), paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided.
