Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist - No compensation cap + Sign-on & Relocation Bonus + No weekends - Phoenix, AZ

Join an established practice looking to add a Full Time Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist in Phoenix, AZ!

DETAILS:

1. Medical and Surgical patients.
2. Practice is equipped with the latest modern updates and technology.
3. Full support team of technicians, scribes, ODs, and staff.
4. Large opportunity for growth.
5. EMR: Nextgen.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

1. $350,000-$400,000 Salary, depending on experience with the opportunity to make $500,000-$700,000 Year 1.
2. No compensation cap = Unlimited potential!
3. Up to a $25,000 Sign-on Bonus.
4. Up to $20,000 for Relocation Assistance.
5. 401(k).
6. 20 days PTO.
7. Additional 17 days annually for CE + Sick Days + Paid Holidays.
