Mayo Clinic’s Department of Ophthalmology in Rochester, MN is seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon to join our established practice. This position involves clinical care of patients, a busy surgical practice, and resident and fellow teaching and supervision in the clinics and operating rooms.

Candidates should have an academic interest in clinical and/or laboratory research.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Ophthalmology.
• ASOPRS member or candidate member.
• Fellowship trained in Oculofacial Surgery/ Oculoplastic Surgery.
• MD/ DO or equivalent.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and a busy oculofacial plastic surgery practice.
• Supervise and teach residents and fellows in clinics and operating rooms.
• Maintain an academic interest in clinical and/or laboratory research.
• Collaborate with a large ophthalmology department with diverse subspecialties.

Education

MD/ DO or equivalent

Fellowship trained in Oculofacial/Oculoplastic Surgery

Board-certified in Ophthalmology

Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
