DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Distribution Coordinator for the Nashville, TN area. This role manages the daily ocular tissue placement, distribution, and shipping with a Monday–Friday schedule and CST hours.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 1 year in client services or eye banking, plus the ability to lift 25 lbs. The organization emphasizes life-saving work and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize placement of corneas
• Maintain recipient post-operative follow-up information
• Coordinate distribution of research tissue to investigators
• Assist with sales and performance data accrual and analysis

We are seeking an Ocular Distribution Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily activities related to the placement and distribution of ocular tissues.

The required shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM CST.
