Job summary

Qualifications

• Handle chemical storage and applications (polymer).

Responsibilities

• Change out parts (motors, drives, belts, pumps, valves, instrumentation, screw conveyors, bucket elevators).
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Work with computers (SCADA) to monitor the system.
• Handle chemical storage and applications (polymer).
• Take sludge samples and conduct plant rounds.

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The plant operator controls the dryer system in our FMD plant via a Scada system. They will also do various duties such as:

• Change out parts ( motors, drives, belts , pumps , valves , instrumentation , screw conveyors , bucket elevators , etc..
• Preventative Maintenance on all equipment
• Working with computers (Scada )
• Chemical storage and applications (polymer )
• Sludge sampling
• Plant rounds and observations
