RailWorks Corporation seeks an OCS Engineer to manage the Overhead Contact System scope from design through construction, testing and commissioning on rail projects in the Seattle area. You will coordinate procurement, installation, testing and documentation to meet customer requirements.
This role requires 5-10 years in rail, strong knowledge of Signal/Train Control, and excellent communication skills. Office-based position with travel and overtime as needed.

$125000 - $200000 / year
The OCS Engineer is responsible in managing the Overhead Contact System (OCS) scope from design through construction, testing and commissioning of the project.
Manage OCS scope, design, procurement, installation, and testing to meet project and customer requirements.
Oversee OCS subcontractors, billings, change proposals, and project closeout documentation.
Support Construction Managers with installation plans, drawings, and QA/QC compliance.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of OCS and Traction Power equipment.
Manage testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
Promote team discipline, morale, and collaboration.
