Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in engineering or science fields, or Master's degree or higher.
  • Experience with Python, C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript, with ML/AI focus.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and analytical methods.
  • 1+ years in an advanced manufacturing environment (semiconductor, etc.).
  • At least two of the following: Git, SQL, or 2+ years maintaining manufacturing automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical analysis and develop visualizations to construct accurate process development roadmaps.
  • Develop methods and systems to analyze diverse big data sources, leading to yield modeling and process roadmap definition.
  • Develop and maintain systems that enable faster interpretation of fab process, defect, and electrical data to drive process changes for yield enhancement.
  • Apply statistics, ML, and coding techniques to extract insights from large volumes of data.
  • Transform experimental and manufacturing data into yield improvement actions.
  • Ensure manufacturability over process and product design through thorough analysis.
  • Execute new product introductions and participate in design of experiments.
  • Develop tools and algorithms for high-volume data analysis to identify yield limiters.
  • Harden equipment systems to meet operational needs for leading-edge logic nodes.
  • Develop AI/ML applications to improve patterning solutions and design efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and implement custom algorithms.
