OCONUS Construction Site Security Manager (Active Top Secret Clearance Required)

Continuity Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Site Security Manager (SSM) to support a U.S. Department of Defense contract in Wiesbaden, Germany. The role involves overseeing construction security and surveillance teams, ensuring compliance with US and NATO standards, and protecting classified materials at a secure construction site. The position requires a minimum one-year commitment on a three-year contract and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Position Responsibilities include:

1. Implementing security orders and instructions from the AO
2. Conducting daily site security inspections
3. Maintaining personnel security records
4. Enforcing access control procedures
5. Collaborating with the general contractor to ensure security compliance
6. Developing SOPs, plans, and instructions for surveillance
7. Reporting suspicious activities
8. Updating security plans as needed
9. Training site personnel on security procedures
10. Analyzing construction drawings for vulnerabilities
11. Applying security standards across all construction divisions
12. Providing technical security expertise for TS/SCI facilities
13. Investigating security anomalies and threats
14. Overseeing surveillance technicians and ensuring standards compliance

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen, at least 21 years old
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Completion of recognized 20-hour SSM certification
• Completion of 40-hour CST certification
• Willingness to work remotely pre-deployment and onsite in Wiesbaden
• Good physical health and medical clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English, with ability to report clearly
