MRI/CT Technologist

Location:

South OKC

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000!

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform MRI, CT scans, and X-rays with accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care
  • Interview and prepare patients for diagnostic exams, explaining procedures to ease concerns
  • Set up equipment, administer contrast when necessary, and monitor patients
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all intra-office medications and emergency treatments
  • Ensure all imaging procedures meet American College of Radiology standards
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance checks on equipment
  • Keep a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients and staff
  • Complete required paperwork and contribute to a positive team culture

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of previous imaging experience
  • BCLS certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Current Oklahoma ARRT license
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent patient care
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Environmental and Physical Requirements:
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Cognitive skills for math, reading, computer tasks, and problem-solving
  • Visual acuity for near, mid-range, and far distances
  • Hearing ability for low, medium, and high pitches
  • Physical capacity to sit for 70% of activities with minimal up-and-down movement
  • Ability to lift 20–30 pounds and perform occasional patient support
  • Minimal exposure to blood and body fluids and infectious disease
  • Frequent use of a computer (6–7 hours daily)
  • The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform this role
