Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Workers Compensation and OCIP program, overseeing governance, placement, and daily administration of owner-controlled insurance programs and injury claims. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
2 years of experience handling workers compensation claims.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end insurance placement and strategic risk mitigation across all operations.
Process and manage claims for owners, employees, and contractors; arrange medical care and return-to-work accommodations.
Serve as primary contact for injured workers; liaise with carriers, clinics, and legal counsel; maintain detailed records.
Deliver supervisors claim training; analyze incident trends to prevent injuries; ensure compliance with regulations.
Evaluate risk exposures and build relationships with vendors and insurers.
