Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Communications Specialist to support USSS OCIO transformation by translating complex changes into clear, engaging content for executives and field staff. You will craft emails, newsletters, videos, and intranet content to drive awareness and adoption.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engagement strategists to ensure timely, consistent messaging aligned with mission priorities, while applying branding and quality standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 6 years of communications/related experience or equivalent combinations (10 years with no degree).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven ability to create clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience developing multi-channel communications (email, web, video, print, presentations).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted communications and awareness materials articulating OCIO transformation objectives and outcomes.
• Create multi-channel communications including emails, newsletters, videos, knowledge articles, and digital content.
• Translate technical changes into clear, audience-appropriate language for mission operators and leadership.
• Ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with priorities across OCIO divisions.
• Develop a Communications Calendar coordinating engagement across initiatives.
• Plan communications to align with milestones, training events, and readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input, validate messaging, and ensure accuracy.
