Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a strategic leader to build and scale an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) platform. You will establish the operating framework, integrate new capabilities, and shape long-term operational strategy for growth.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, standardize processes, and partner with technology and external vendors to automate investment workflows while maintaining governance and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience within investment management, institutional consulting, OCIO, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Experience designing, implementing, and improving operating models and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with investment, technology, operations, and external vendors.
• Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the operating model for OCIO services.
• Lead strategic operations, process standardization, technology enablement, and business integration.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Investment Risk, Quantitative Research, Technology, Compliance, and Operations.
• Prioritize integration of acquired investment teams and standardize procedures with tech partners.
