United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle OCI Observability and Management Platform (OMP) Engineer to support and optimize our Oracle E-Business Suite environment hosted on OCI. You will own end-to-end observability, proactive performance management, and system reliability across our OCI-based Oracle landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle technologies.
• 3+ years working with Oracle Observability & Management services.
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x architecture and workflows.
• Experience with Oracle DB 12c/19c performance tuning & diagnostics.
• WebLogic/Forms services monitoring and Linux monitoring (Oracle Linux preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Oracle OCI Observability & Management Platform services: Logging Analytics, APM, Monitoring, Operations Insights, Database Management, Stack Monitoring, Resource Manager.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts for EBS, Oracle DB, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Analyze system and application performance trends and identify bottlenecks for EBS, concurrent processing, DBs, and WebLogic/Linux resources.
• Support incident detection, RCA, and preventive maintenance using OCI OMP insights and automation.
• Integrate observability tooling with ITSM/ticketing/reporting systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Assist with capacity planning, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
• Create automation scripts (bash, Python, Terraform) to improve monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate with DBAs, EBS teams, and cloud engineers to ensure SLA compliance and security of monitored assets.
