Job summary

Concept Plus seeks a Cloud Network Engineer to design and implement OCI networking for client hybrid cloud, coordinating with multi-cloud connections and security controls. The role focuses on VCNs, interconnects, and segmentation aligned to CMS TIC 3.0 and Zero Trust.

Qualified applicants will have strong OCI networking, enterprise networking, and IaC experience with Terraform/OCI Resource Manager, plus the ability to meet security and clearance requirements in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Strong OCI networking experience (VCN, DRG, FastConnect, private endpoints, DNS, routing).
• Solid foundation in enterprise networking: routing, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, TCP/IP.
• Experience with cloud network security and segmentation in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with TIC 3.0 and Zero Trust network architecture.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform/OCI Resource Manager) for network provisioning.
• Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build VCNs, subnets, DNS, FastConnect, DRG, private endpoints, interconnects, and routing.
• Establish reusable network templates and baselines for onboarding.
• Implement network segmentation aligned to Zero Trust and multi-cloud requirements.
• Support integration of Cloudflare services with OCI networking in coordination with edge-security engineers.
• Document network designs, runbooks, and operational guidance.
